How big am I month 2

I got this idea from Kelly on my playgroup board but Connor was already over a month old. Every month we are going to take Connor's picture with this bunny and the bear, and watch how much he grows. :) Here is month 2!

More block fun

More knocking the blocks down. Timber is fun! And the first real "game" it seems like we played interactively.

He did get somewhat impatient though when we were slow to restack ;).

We went on a walk around our apartment complex and visited some ducks. The ducks never got too close but Connor liked our quacking. Hard to believe soon he will want to chase ducks....

You can't avoid naps forever. :)

Timber!

We started a new game. It is called Timber. We stack up soft blocks near Connor's head and he makes a little fist and hits them down.

It sounds simple but it is great fun. :)

My friend Gina talked about taking pictures of her son with light coming in through a window so I tried it too. Look at the chubby cheeks!

Of all the lucky breaks, we actually caught his first smile on camera. :)

He does like getting his picture taken, that I can attest to ;).

Connor tells us what's what

Connor grabbed a ring from this toy when it was dangled over him. He couldn't do it consistenly yet but he was working on it!

Taz wants to share

The cats really haven't adjusted to sharing attention... at all. Taz is inserting himself into the mix here.

The sweet smell of victory is in the air... Connor rolled!

This was only a hint to what was to come. Connor has always wanted to be on the move.... his first front to back roll was at 5 weeks old and he never looked back. Here he is working on the over part....

Tongues out!

Matthew taught Connor how to stick out his tongue. It took some time but eventually Connor imitated him over and over again. He hadn't quite figured out how to stick it way out... yet.
